Node Device Hardware & Environmental Requirements

To ensure the efficient operation of the MultiPass Validator Node Testnet, each participating device must meet the following minimum hardware and network environment requirements:

Device Requirements

• CPU: Quad-core, single-core frequency of 2.0GHz or higher

• Memory: 8GB or more

• Storage: 512GB SSD or higher

• Interfaces:

  • Gigabit Ethernet port (1000M or above)

  • USB Type-A (x2)

  • HDMI port

• Operating System: Windows 10 or above, or Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 or above)

Network Environment Requirements

• Bandwidth: Upstream and downstream bandwidth must be at least 100MBps

• Latency: Latency to the operator's backbone network should not exceed 20ms
